Gladimir “Glad” Simeon, the founder of Glad Health & Fitness, is an experienced fitness expert, dynamic speaker, and fitness trainer who educates and empowers his diverse clientele to conquer personal and physical challenges.

His vision is for his company to empower people to make lasting lifestyle changes. Preventable diseases account for two out of three adult deaths in the U.S. We are facing an epidemic. We are teaming up with other organizations to bring wellness to their employees who need it the most.  Keeping fitness fun and accessible is the key to healthier organizations, employees, and families.
